Completed April 14, 2012, as a second experiment in shifting weights. (The first was the Platypus, which never quite reached the goal of one-point balance at either end.) With a lighter weight tube and smaller weights, the Beluga comes closer – but we’re still looking for a true nose-balance without flippers to assist.)
